From a very young age, I knew exactly what I dreamed of creating. When I was twelve, during a holiday with my mother and her friends, everyone was asked to write down their dream profession. Without hesitation, I wrote: I want to have my own modeling agency. That early sense of purpose stayed with me.

At fourteen, I was already photographing friends and sending their images to agencies—long before I knew what scouting truly involved. As my curiosity grew, I followed my interest into more formal education, spent two years studying Fashion & Branding at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI), gaining insight into image-building, storytelling, and the dynamics of the fashion industry. Later, I pursued Creative Therapy, a study that helped me understand people on a deeper, more personal level. During that time, I founded my first company—an entrepreneurial step that eventually evolved into Elvis Models.

My early career included internships at both a casting agency and a modeling agency, which strengthened my understanding of talent development. I founded a magazine, then became an independent scout, and eventually ran Elvis Models for several years. Under my direction, it became a highly successful agency, guiding models who later ranked among the top fifty in the world. This period shaped my professional identity: I learned that personal guidance, trust, and genuine connection create the strongest foundation for long-term success.

After years of growth, it became clear that I was ready for something new, an agency built entirely around my vision, values, and experience. A place where long-term development, individuality, and emotional well-being are as important as global careers. That is how Gummo Management was born.

Today, I work closely with every model I represent. My approach is hands-on, personal, and nurturing—designed to give both models and their parents a sense of safety, direction, and confidence. For me, this isn’t just work; it is the fulfillment of a dream that started in childhood and continues to evolve every day.
